TRI Rehab Programs
One of, if not the most common complaints I hear from friends, family, social media and my past/current clients is that their rehab didn’t fix them. Here’s my solution.
Whilst I must make a disclaimer that these programs will not (yet) account for the inevitable complex and individual nuances from person to person, these programs will provide a comprehensive framework of gradual, progressive and robust rehab. You may need to make alterations to exercises in the form of variation, set-up, load, volume, intensity and more, but I will detail those where applicable and possible.

Before beginning any of the programs, if you have any of the following signs and/or symptoms, it is your responsibility to get assessed by a general practitioner (GP/Doctor) to rule out any life-threatening red flags or contraindications to exercise;
Acute Trauma, Potential Fracture, Potential Spinal Cord Injury, Unexplained Weight Loss, Neurological Signs/Symptoms, Unremitting Night Pain, Loss Of Sensation In Groin/Buttock, Bladder/Bowel Incontinence, Fever, History Of Steroids/Drug Use, Complaint >3 Months, History Of Cancer or any other symptom you are unsure of.
